Tom Brown
Director - Human Resources

Tom joined Rolls-Royce plc in August 2007.

He joined Rolls-Royce plc from Brambles Industries Limited in Australia, where he was Senior Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to this Tom was the Group Human Resources Director for Allied Domecq plc, based in the UK. He also spent six years with BHP in Melbourne, Australia, first as head of Human Resources for BHP Petroleum and then as head of the Human Resources function for BHP as a whole. He was a member of the team responsible for the merger and integration of BHP Billiton.

His earlier career was spent in a variety of human resources roles with Mobil Corporation, in Europe, Africa and the USA. He holds a Master of Arts degree (French) from Aberdeen University.
